Experienced manager, coach and mentor. She has over 20 years in international corporate environment of telecom industry. Responsible for support function in a field of customer service and customer relationship building. Focused equally on measurable business results as well as on team building and human capital development. She has completed MBA, postgraduate studies in "Management Coaching" and NOVO Group and Team Coaching School. She has been certified at the level of ACC by International Coach Federation.

Member of PWN Warsaw since 2013 and mentoring program coordinator since 2015.
