PWN Global: International Mentoring Project Manager

GLOBAL ROLE

The International Mentoring PM will work with the Global Executive Lead: Mentoring to brainstorm ideas, develop and implement an International mentoring program within PWN Global. 

The International Mentoring program aims to support women, PWN members, to find their ways, progress, develop their leadership and decision-making skills and embrace their growth in an international environment. 

 Overview

Responsibilities

• To gain a good understanding of PWN Global, its mission and values and a passion for the progress of women in business, liaising with other volunteers,
• Work in close collaboration with Global Executive Lead Mentoring as well as with other Global and City Networks volunteers to plan and execute area of responsibility,
• Create, organize, and lead project streams and communicate with other stakeholders (mentors, mentees, executive lead marketing & communication…)
• Create solid, reach and sustainable programs that will help mentees to further progress in their careers,
• Be accountable to objectives and deliverables established for the area,
• Give and receive constructive feedback

Key Performance Indicators 

• Experience in building Programs
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Be able to spend a minimum of 8 hours per month and ideally engage in events and networking, and in our Social Media
